The main historical marks of this territory are given, the analysis of the main types of life of the village council is given. Bor belongs to the category of \u00abyoung\u00bb villages, its history begins in 1946 from the construction of the runway opposite the estuary of the river Podkamennaya Tunguska. It was originally created as a village at an intermediate airport on the way to Norilsk, later Bor became one of the largest and economically stable villages in the north of the Yenisei Siberia. The life of the village lined up around the airport, receiving at the peak of activity (in the 1950s) up to 60 flights per day. The airport was officially commissioned in 1952. The territory of the Bor Village Council has great tourist, economic and historical potential. In addition, there is also one of the six hydrometeorological observatories in Russia that conducts geomagnetic and inospheric observations. Objects of social infrastructure, developing since the late 1940s, still continue to exist. Today, the airport is no longer of such strategic importance, but, nevertheless, it\u2019s continues to exist. Despite its remoteness, the Bor village has retained a developed infrastructure and has every chance of further development. The article introduces into scientific circulation the materials collected during the 2019 expedition.
