The review of the book \u201cKrasnoyarsk architect Leonid Chernishev\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Sitnikova Aleksandra Aleksandrovna<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Siberian Federal University<\/p>\n\n\n\n Abstract.<\/strong> There is the review of the book \u201cKrasnoyarsk architect Leonid Chernishev\u201d, published in 2019 by Krasnoyarsk regional museum of local lore. The author is Ilia Vladimirovich Kuklinskiy. The book is of high importance for the culture of the Krasnoyarsk krai because it gives the possibility to understand the oeuvre of outstanding Krasnoyarsk architect Leonid Chernishev. The buildings which were built by Leonid Chernishev in the beginning of XX century in Krasnoyarsk, Yeniseisk, Shira village, Omsk and other places represent the development of modern style in Russian provinces in those times and also its represent the original variations of Egyptian, Mauritanian and gothic architects style in Siberian modern. There is a lot of information about Leonid Chernishev\u2019s biography and there are many rare archive documents in connection with Chernishev\u2019s oeuvre (sketches, drawings and drafts of architect\u2019s buildings) as well as historical and contemporary photos of the buildings he built in the book.
