The newspaper &#8220;Rechnik of the Yenisei&#8221;, which is the printed organ of the Yenisei River Shipping Company, is primarily intended for workers in the river industry of the Yenisei basin. The history of the printing of the Yenisei rivermen began in 1931. During this period, the newspaper changed its name several times; in different historical periods, different topics prevailed in the newspaper in accordance with state policy and public sentiment. For example, in the 1930s, the emphasis was on industrialization; during the Great Patriotic War, publications began to have a more mobilization character; country in general and the river industry in particular. The constant topics on the pages of the newspaper were the development of shipping in the Yenisei basin, including on difficult-to-navigate rivers, the role of the shipping company in the development of cities in the Yenisei basin, and large industrial construction projects. Considerable attention on the pages of the newspaper is given to the repair of ships, in general, the preparation of the fleet for navigation, the preparation and implementation of the Northern Delivery.
