THE PHENOMENON OF NEW CULTURAL HISTORY IN THE HUMANITIES OF THE SECOND HALF OF THE XX CENTURY

Abstract. Nowadays, the phenomenon of new cultural history is also of interest. The article talks about the origins of the new cultural history, the history and culture of practices, and also briefly outlines the positions of researchers of the new cultural history.  After analyzing the phenomenon, a conclusion was made and trends were highlighted. The first trend was associated with the growing specialization of analysis in history and the growing search for integration of historical knowledge. The second trend allowed historical anthropology to solve the problem of understanding the integrated vision of the world. In his work, a specialist in the field of new cultural history focuses on the totality of knowledge from completely different fields of historical science, new cultural history, as well as from related social sciences.
