The role of the commandant of Krasnoyarsk Railway station in military events in Krasnoyarsk

Abstract. The Great Siberian Ice March… A chapter in the history of Russia which is full of drama. During the retreat
of Admiral Kolchak’s White Russian Army in autumn 1919 – winter 1920 not only thousands of military men, who
defended their political beliefs with arms, were killed but also dozens of thousands of civilians. Is it an equal exchange
for fiery speeches of both the Red and The White armies’ ideologues? But these events made a contribution to the
history of the Russian state and foundation of military communications.
Nowadays the organizations of military communications are plenipotentiary representatives of the Ministry
of Defense of the Russian Federation. Their mission is to ensure the interaction between military command and
haulage agencies in the matter of preparation and usage of transport for Armed Forces to organize all kinds of
military transportation and control them.
