Abstract. Mobile applications are actively being introduced into our lives, becoming an integral part of it. Often developers do not take into account the peculiarities of people with disabilities, as a result of which information and functionality of mobile applications become unavailable. Including mobile applications designed to provide services for ordering medicines, taxis and essential goods and other necessities. The article analyzes the concept of “people with disabilities”, highlights the main types of functional disorders and examines their theoretical aspects. Based on the symptoms of a specific violation, as well as taking into account the survey, difficulties are identified, resulting in a causal relationship between the identified difficulty and the peculiarity of a certain violation. In addition, an analysis of each difficulty is carried out, the result of which are recommendations for adapting the interface, allowing to increase the level of usability and ensure equal access to all the functionality and information contained in the application.
