Abstract. The paper discusses the smart workplace concept for monitoring and testing thin magnetic films in small-scale customized manufacturing. The test object is the thin magnetic film, which is used as a sensitive element for a weak magnetic field sensor. The thin magnetic film is characterized by an inhomogeneous distribution of magnetic characteristics over the sample surface. Ensuring the magnetic film repeatability under production conditions requires the study of a large number of samples with the results accumulation and analysis. The paper considers the possible implementation of the intelligent workplace for measuring the thin magnetic film parameters and its functioning in the smart manufacturing workspace. The proposed smart workplace concept allows to automate the design and technological processes related to the testing devices, controlling their movement and tracking technical characteristics at different stages of the manufacturing process.
